Nice looking product, just unsure if I got the wrong model, or the image/description is wrong. I did not get a magnetic adapter with my purchase.

This thing is way better than I expected. I was leery at first. Magnets? Spirit (bubble) levels? But after getting it, and using it, I can say it's VERY well built, the case is awesome, and the levels (gauge is more appropriate?) work great. The magnets are STRONG. The finish is very well done. Results are repeatable as far as I can tell, and I was able to fix a nasty pull my truck had by getting the camber back in spec (it was out by over a degree, thanks previous owner!). Caster is measured by turning the wheel, zeroing the gauge, then turning it the other way. The end (opposite the magnet) is tapered for you to align with the side of the vehicle to get that +- 20* that you're supposed to for caster if you don't have the appropriate floor plates. Design features like that tell me that whoever designed this has actually used it for the intended purpose. For my application (2001 S10 Pickup) the magnets will just stick to the end of the spindle with the dust boot removed, but as I understand it, you might need adapters elsewhere. Longacre also sells an adapter that will hook to any wheel, which I don't own yet, but I think would be my next logical step to purchase if ever I had a vehicle that this didn't fit. It's a 3 legged thing with sort of hooks or studs on the ends.

This is a very well made piece and super easy to use. Wish I would have bought one a long time ago
