Is this the same fragrance as the EDT only stronger?

No, it shares some qualities with the EDT like a bright, aquatic citrus opening. But, it has a darker, richer scent due to the Incense and Patchouli which become dominant after it dries down. The projection is not going to shock and awe people, but it does last a bit longer than the EDT.

my package never arrived. ordered last night and says its delivered after 10 hours. I don't knowhow that's possible but i never got my order. help?

Give it enough time even though they say it will be delivered. I have been a customer for years, when they say it has been delivered it is usually a screwup with the delivery driver, OR, it has been stolen
