?I bought it as a gift and I ended up by keeping it for myself. Is not a coffee table book, it's more than that and even if you are a Casual reader, you cannot stop by reading and appreciate this book in its picture and description. it's now one of my favorite art books

Received this today and am very happy with it. It is bigger than I expected - maybe a bit of a push to take it on a train trip as reading - but then again that might be exactly what I do tomorrow. Am writing this review as after reading previous reviews I wondered what the print quality of the paintings would be. I must say it is excellent. I'm really enjoying the images and looked real hard to see if I could detect any printing artifacts - but saw none. Am learning lots from the text. I've loved Monet for years and am ready to go a bit deeper in that journey. This book is perfect!!!

複数の展覧会で制作作品数の多いモネはよく展示されており、その時は多くの絵画の中の1枚として見ていました モネのみの展覧会に行き「モネって綺麗な絵を描くんだな～」と今更ながら再認識し思いきって購入しました 本の紙質は厚めでしっかりしてます 掲載の大きさは見開き、1ページに1作品、説明が多く入ると1ページの2/3または1/2位で掲載されています 風景画は勿論 人物画 静物画 連作シリーズも掲載されています 印刷の再現力に定評があるタッシェン 違和感なく筆致やカンバスの布目まで再現されていました 値段が高めの本ですが購入して良かったと思いました
