[Apple MFi Certified] Lightning to HDMI Adapter Digital AV, for iPad iPhone to HDMI Adapter 1080P with Lightning Charging Port Compatible for iPhone, iPad and iPod Models and TV Monitors Projectors

My daughter ordered this to watch videos on her projector but wasn’t able to because it isn’t compatible with Hulu, Netflix or any other streaming network. She had to get the Apple Brand one in order to do that.

Returned to supplier - does not work with most of the streaming services I subscribe to. Connection was easy and display on projector worked until I tried to stream Netflix, YouTube TV, HULU …… services were blocked.

I purchased this cord to mirror my iPhone onto a projector. I spent so much time trying to figure it out. I finally realized it has to be charging while using or it will not work. This just requires more cords to be attached while using. It does work, as long as it is plugged in to charge but just seems inconvenient.

This definitely works, but I didn’t realize it had to be hooked up to a power cable to operate. It just adds another cord and complication in my classroom when hooking up my iPad to the projector.

Unfortunately does not work at all with iPad and iPhone unless the cord itself is connected to a power source. Not ideal, and not what I expected when I purchased, however it does work with an extra cable and power source.

this is a piece of crap that doesn't work with anything. first, it's unclear in product description that (according to piece of paper that came with it) it's not supported with youtube and other apps. but it won't even work when i plug my ipad in and watch a movie from VLCplayer. garbage, ripoff, scam.
