I packed pretty much everything I have into a compact car for a cross-country move and these bags made everything fit, and they held up through extreme altitude and temperature change. I’ve unpacked from the trip, and the bags still work well, so I will definitely continue to use them for storage!

I bought the pillow size and used with my vacuum instead of the hand pump that was included. I found that I often had to run my finger around inside where the hose goes so that the valve would 'open' up. Standard size pillows fit inside perfectly and I zipped the top closed 4-6 x's. However, a week later when I went to add more items to my closet, I saw that 3 of the pillows I'd stored were no longer 'air free' and puffed up. This is a bit of a concern. I sealed the bags again. It's been four days since I removed the air from the bags and again, they have puffed up. So far, 5 out of 8 of the bags seem to be working. That's a bummer!

Used these bags for clothing and bedding during our relocation. They are lightweight, but sturdy. Helpful to compress the size of clothing for storage. Had a small tear in a couple bags, the company refunded the price without question. Highly recommend.

Purchased these bags to facilitate a move without a truck. My daughter was able to pack nearly her entire closet in 4 bags. Not only was this a space saver but super easy to use and heavy duty! If you have a vacuum, you can save time on pumping the air out by hand, but the pump included does its job.

I am moving and was hoping this would be a good way to make our bedding and clothing take up less space.. half of them are working fine and still holding up, the other half had holes along the seams I could hear leaking out within the first day. Tried to cover the edges where the air was coming out with duct tape, but it didn't work. By morning they were regular bags with zero vacuum seal. Wasn't pleased being woken up to the sound of the air leaking out and trying to figure out which of the multiple bags it was coming from in the middle of the night... bought a second package hoping i just had a random defective package, but I'm having the same issue so the rest are sitting unused cuz I feel like I've wasted too much time trying to make these work already.

I bought these to send a king sized afghan in a smaller box for family, and still haven’t done that, but I did use one last week to compress a twin sized afghan to a customer last week. I didn’t realize the set would come with a pump, but I figured I’d try it before dragging our upright vacuum out of the back of the closet. (It went to the back when we got our robot vac.) The pump worked great, got all the air out of the bag, the afghan fit into a box half the size I could have used and arrived to its destination with no problem. Will probably buy another set of these for twin sized afghans.

These bags DO NOT WORK!! I ordered them for my excess toss pillows, and there is NO suction in about 4 of them. I called Amazon and the man I spoke to said DO NOT RETURN them, and he would send a replacement, which he did. I don’t have the persons name, but I’m sure you can look it up. I do not have any of the original paperwork, but I can return the few that I have not used.Alana Watterson

I have used and re-used these storage bags. They work very well in compressing large bulky items like bedspreads, blankets, down coats, etc. They don't work very well with solid objects like bowling balls. I have found that the key to maintaining the suction is to work both of the zip-locks from the middle out to the ends. and do it multiple times to ensure they are fully engaged.
