I don’t give 5 stars for anything, unless it is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance of this product. I used it as a plastic liner for a wood box and just spread it on. The material is durable and somewhat flexible, which is what I wanted. Be aware it hardens in a minute so work fast and use small batches.

I'm on my 3rd Gallon of this urethane resin. I like it for the viscosity (on the thinner side) to penetrate all the cavities of my custom silicone molds. The castings are consistent. I weigh out the resin on a gram scale to make sure I'm not guessing. My biggest batches are around 150 grams. You have to work fast. It sets up in minutes and starts to generate heat almost immediately. I also "pressure pot" my molds to keep the bubbles down. It is a very consistent product. And I do tint mine gray with a black urethane tint. Caution: These are strong chemicals with a heat reaction. This generates fumes, whether you can smell them or not. Ventilation is a must along with eye protection when mixing. If you are going to sand it, there are precautions there too. Dust mask and some sort of dust collector, shop vac, be outside etc....Just be smart... That's all I have to say...

I made 5 dozen figures from several molds I made with this resin. It truly amazed me how well this product worked. The pieces were ready to come out of the mold within 10 minutes so I could make many in a short amount of time. I found that the two minutes working time was enough to pour several molds without worrying about it stiffening up before I was done. I think the ivory-beige white is a lovely color that can be easily painted over if one wishes. I am yet to try mixing the appropriate colors made for resin. It is truly "magic" to me to see the amber liquid turn to white right before my eyes and behold a perfect reproduction of my original piece. I'm so excited about this resin's potential...

This material works very fast and is a nice solid off white, it can be a little brittle but it's worth getting for a nice white finish that is perfect for painting.

We use a lot of this resin. It sets up extremely good. Has never failed us.

I picked this up because I ran out of my alumilite rc-3, I need something quick and definitely best bang for my buck. It is 1:1 and you have about two minute work time. Same as other products. My only complaints , is that I wished it was easier to dispense. Like if it came with smaller bottles or something, which is t a huge deal. Im also still not completely sure on durability. Some pieces feel brittle. Im going to continue using the bottle I have and see more on quality. I’ve used alumilite for years,, it’s just bit more expensive so I’m really hoping this is just as good easier on my wallet
