Got two of these as extra ones to use along with the one supplied with the pans. Actually prefer the black plastic original as these came scuffed and I can imagine will scuff easily in future

This replacement handle fits our Tower pans perfect. One of the original handles had sadly been knocked off a 6' high shelf and cracked. Now we keep them lower.

This is my second tefal handle of this model. With the first one I though the problem was with how we took care of it, maybe we didn't wash properly enough. I took apart the first one and al the insights are covered in grease, although I wash it as well as I can there is no way you can wash inside the mechanism unless you take it apart and that s just stupid. Due to the engineering of the handle, what you cook will inevitably get inside of this handle and it will stop working, the only question is when. I'm on my second handle now because I still have to use those £100 worth tefal pans somehow, but this is just ridiculous, second one started acting up after only two weeks of use, although I took immaculate care of it. Better care would be only to put it on a shelf and never use it. The other problem is that it gets jammed in the middle of cooking, the buttons stay pressed and won't release the handle, so imagine you have to switch the handle between a pot of boiling pasta and put it on a pan with frying chicken and it gets jammed. So no you try to lever it while its stuck on a boiling pot. Not very safe, huh? That's what I have to deal with every day. Good job tefal.

The Ingenio pan handle works perfectly with the Ingenio 28cm non stick frying pan. A very secure removable handle ideal for my air fryer oven where the door needs to be closed when finishing off the top of my omlette under the grill .

Buying replacement handles more often than not, 3 purchased in the last year.... the mechanisms seem to be faulty after a few uses!
