Easy to fit
Used to put a TV on a normal ceiling as didn't want to damage mural on wall. (Jungle scene in child's bedroom). Once I had found the joist it was easy to fit. Just needed the help of another person to hold the TV whilst I screwed it to the mounting plate. Easy to turn to face bed or window. Very pleased with it and great value for money.

Sturdy Design
With a flat metal brace bracke above the parcel shelf. This is a very sturdy bracket, it even hold our 32" TV flat against the cab roof, and descends for viewing from the back of the van. Takes no extra space appart from unused headroom.

Handy when in use….But…
As I said… BUT…Well we have it attached to our roof in our camper. …and because of the style of the design of the quick release mechanism to drop the screen when you want to use it. If you happen to hit a pothole or the like.. the mechanism will release the tv and it will swing down out of control until you stop and replace it. So, this lumpy bracket WILL let you down in some instances! Otherwise, though a bit heavier than needed and of course the dodgey locking mech. This item has a nice small tidy footprint and but for said issue, it does the job.
