Does anybody know if this has the blue dye agent in it? Thanx

No it does not. It just makes your eyes bleach white. I like 'em! I just don't like the "use with in 28 days after opening" directions. I wish they had a longer shelf-life. But no, they won't turn your eyes blue at all.

I saw boric acid on ingredient list...wouldn't this burn your eyes

I been using this product for few years and I love it, make eyes white right way. Not sure how sensitive your eyes, but the burn for me is minor almost nothing.

is this for both men and women?

Yes, I would imagine so since the biological anatomy of men and women do not necessarily vary (other than physical traits..i.e..size proportionate to cranium). Eye drops, I think, would be similar to most toiletry products (i.e. toothpaste - gender neutral).
