Comes wrinkled
Bear is pretty wrinkled when u take it out of the bag. I put mine in dryer for like 10 to 15 minutes. Looks great now😊

DAMAGED CAP
The bear arrived shrink-wrapped. Fine for the bear, but the cap is completely wrinkled. I'd be utterly embarrassed to gift this item so don't make the same mistake I did and order something else.

Good quality but a little too expensive
I got this for one of my best friends as a gift and it is so cute! It comes in a sealed bag but don't worry, you just have to adjust it and it will be good to go. You can even put it in the dryer to remove the wrinkles. Overall, I love it. The only I will say is that the price could be cheaper.

Poorly packaged
The bear looks much better in the stock photo. It’s vacuum sealed so the cap and gown are very wrinkled, as well as the diploma. The vacuum seal also bent the card and gift bag a little.
