I get cronic cluster migraines about eveyday and I use the pads at night and of the day or when I'm out I use the roll on. u cant see it or smell it , it provides the coolness i need to take the edge off. i apply it after I shower to relax. I really love this stuff. u can see in the pic I keep 2 close by .

I used to get this in stores and can only find it on Amazon now. This stuff makes your forehead freeze and within minutes a headache is gone or very little there. It’s a product I keep multiples of.

My migraines get so bad sometimes that I need to sit in a dark room with no noise to recover. Life doesn’t always allow me to do that. This migraine gel doesn’t fully make the migraine go away, but I usually put it on my pressure points and it provides some relief. The cooling affect is a nice touch.
