Bought for wife who is very happy replaced her dy--- after batteries failed promptly delivered just as described good price 👍

Does not have UK plug
Great product but came with a European plug which I didn't see mentioned anywhere on the Amazon page.

Not working and impossible trying to contact Philips
The on button is so tiny it’s impossible to know if these are on or off. There is a heat gauge which is the only way you know if the straighteners are on or not but the dual for this barely moves and nothing happened when I did try to move it. The straighteners have only worked once and I cannot get these to switch on at all now and have tried various electric points in the house plus various adaptors …they have a two pronged plug which I was surprised about but luckily I have a number of holiday adaptors. Anyway the main thing is I cannot get these to work now and trying to send a message to Philips via their ‘customer service’ chat etc is impossible. Maybe they might contact me as I’m fed up trying now !

I wanted to give it to someone as a gift, but the package is damaged and the item inside seems to be used while I bought it as a new item. There are no return or replace options for this product. So disappointing
