So far I love this book. I have made three things - red velvet cake, the black and white cookies and the funfetti cake. The frosting for the cookies was extremely sweet so I didn't put it half/half on all of the cookies I just drizzled it on some them. I think the corn syrup pushed the sugar level over the edge. The red velvet cake is good but I did not like the Ermine frosting so I used cream cheese frosting. I baked the funfetti cake but I made cupcakes instead of cake. I only used half of the sprinkles (1/8 cup) and that was plenty. I think 1/4 cup of sprinkles would have been too much. The flavor is good and the buttercream was just enough to ice the 13 cupcakes. Only wish this book was hard cover and it's a bit pricey for paperback.

I love this cookbook! The recipes are simple to follow and taste great. I’ve made several with my two year old granddaughter and all have been good. I also appreciate the cooking tips. I highly recommend this cookbook. You won’t be disappointed.

So many delicious recipes.I want to try them all. The brownies. Oh the brownies. I’m obsessed. So good. You just can’t go wrong with this book. Highly recommend

I’ve been looking for small batch baking books for a while and have a few I’ve picked up that just weren’t good. This one is perfect so far. Everything I’ve made from the book is gourmet quality. Nothing has taken a ton of time. Highly recommend this book!

Perfect for small batches! So far I have tried 3 recipes. All were excellent and the perfect amount! No more food waste. Litteraly had an apple going bad on the counter, made the small batch apple cinnamon coffee cake, it was the perfect fall dessert. And my apple wasn't wasted! Love this cookbook!

I'm anxious to try nearly every recipe in this great little cookbook. They all look so good. I have a small family so I don't need a recipe for 24 cup cakes so this is exactly what I need.

I am going to make every single thing in this book. Beautiful photos, and love the notes on each recipe from the author.

The photo I included is the Vanilla Chai sugar cookies. They look nothing like the photo after 21 minutes of baking. The recommended time was 10-12 minutes. I made the Bourbon brown butter snickerdoodles last night and they too were in the oven for double the time and they still didn't look like the photos. I am not a novice baker. I bake weekly and sometimes, during the holidays, I bake daily. I also baked professionally for a short time. This is not my first rodeo so I do know a bad recipe when I see it. This book is being returned.
