They are then Powder Coated in a durable Gloss Black finish. Holes are drilled to prevent water build-up which can lead to rust. You can ride with confidence knowing that the "knurling" on the bars help to lock into your risers for added safety. Should work with any model that accepts 1" OD handlebars and the listed dimensions. These bars are not dimpled.
