Love these! Great electrolyte replacement for POTS! Has more sodium & chloride than most supplements so I get the same benefits with less pills! Use these in place of previous electrolyte pill supplements & water additives. Would definitely recommend!

This pregnant woman is very thankful for these. I have a hard time every now and then getting as much water and hydration as I need, and I can tell when I take these that they are helpful. There’s no taste, and I think the price is reasonable to have these on hand. I trust Redmond and all their products, they’re the only brand I have in my home for salt and electrolytes. If you have a hard time keeping up with hydration from time to time, I highly recommend these!

Great salt pills! The quality is fantastic and I think I will be getting these from now on because the salt pills I was getting before were getting way to spendy. I have POTS so I take these everyday and they help a ton! The sodium content is incredible for the price! Def would recommend to any potsie out there looking for good salt pills! They also have a electrolyte drink mix that it’s really good as well!

This product arrived well packaged and on time. I just read the name of the product and incorrectly assumed it was like other products that help hydrate.This product is only salt. Just Salt. It does not have potassium or magnesium like other popular hydration products do. My mistake for reading only the name and not the ingredients of these pills.
