Great book with great photos
I have been doing yoga for 35 years and now have knee issues. This chair yoga book is perfect for me, as I can still perform all of the yoga that I enjoy but from a chair. You still get the same effect, which was surprising!

Solid Chair Yoga Book
This book gives great ideas for persons who are physically active and just need the stability, balance check or support of a chair. It is not so much for hurting people. It is focused on the upper cast of the chair yoga community. Great book, good pictures and appreciated information.

A great manual for people of all levels of experience and physical abilities. This book is great for yoga instructors and people whowant to find new ways to practice yoga. It is also a wonderful tool for people who may have a difficult time in a regular class. This bookis easy to follow and accessible to all.

Great book for teacher and practitoners
Delia shows how to take every "body" to the next level using a chair. A student of mine stated she had never felt how to move her body and energy until she used a chair to push herself a little farther.

It's not about vinyasa...
I have many books on chair yoga. I purchased this book recently, because I was interested in getting some new ideas about chair vinyasa -- how to safely sequence chair yoga poses, one to another. But, this book is really mainly covers individual yoga poses using a chair. Only pages 96-104 address sequences, and most of those sequences would not be accessible to my seniors. And, I feel the book is over-priced -- even if it was all about chair vinyasa. As it is, I spent nearly $20 for 7 pages of only semi-usable information. Very disappointed.
