OptiPlex 7020 SFF Desktop PC Computer i7 4770 16GB RAM 500GB SSD + 500GB SSHD Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

Excellent desktop at a reasonable price. I have bought two from Compuzone and each was in very good condition - you'd hardly know they had been used - no scratches or blemishes. Comes well packaged and protected. I'm no PC expert so I can't comment on the quality of the internals but they appear clean and like new. Lightening fast. Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Loads of usb ports - 6 on the back and 4 on the front. Two Display Port slots (but no HDMI slots) but they provide a Display Port to HDMI adaptor cable. No internal wifi but they provide a wifi usb dongle. The second one I bought would not boot. Rang Compuzone and immediately got through. Zack talked me through trying to boot up the PC over the phone but to no avail (apparently I needed a keyboard with a wired USB connection which I don't have). He promptly arranged for a replacement to be delivered and for the original PC to be collected at the same time. The replacement (exactly the same spec) arrived 24 hours later and booted up immediately. So full marks to Compuzone for customer service!

Great value pc for basic home computing. Decent CPU and ram, quick startup & fairly quiet.

I bought this as a new one was beyond my budget, delivery was quick and packaging was good. The tower looked brand new and started quickly but I had a problem almost immediately. As the unit is not internally Wi-Fi enabled, it came supplied with a small USB Wi-Fi adaptor which, when installed, grabbed my network without issue. However, I noticed that, every time the pc went to sleep, it lost connection and the only way to reconnect was to unplug the dongle and replace it, not ideal. I contacted the supplier, he apologised profusely and sent a replacement adaptor. When the new one arrived, it didn't work. The explanation was that it was insufficient for my very fast WiFi and I was advised to buy a bigger one which they would pay for. I did, and they did, with the money on my account whilst on the phone. So far, so good. It came the next day and I set to work. Sadly, the pc wouldn't even turn on now! I spent a while on the phone with the chap, going through various options and we decided it should go back. They arranged for the carrier to both deliver and collect at the same time and I have to say, the replacement is perfect, good WiFi and everything works, so far. Thank you, Zack for your customer service, it may have been a used, relatively cheap pc but you treated me excellently, better service than many others I have experienced.

I received my PC well packaged and it worked perfectly for a da before it went into a cycle of not staring properly. I messaged the seller and Zak soon got in touch. He said it was highly likely to be an issue with one of the sticks of RAM. Even though these were new, I know they can occasionally be problematic. He was most apologetic and offered to accept the PC as a return and redeliver it with the RAM changed, or to just send me the RAM if I was happy to change them myself. I was happy to do the latter as I've done it plenty of times in the past and is quite a simple task. Good to know they will do it for you if the customer is less tech confident. The RAM arrived, is installed, and the unit is working perfectly (I gave it a good week just to be sure before leaving this review). Overall, a really good product at a really good price, with exceptional customer service. I would have no hesitation from recommending.

i do not like to write a negative review but i ignore that in this case this purchase has been a catastrophe. fro day 1 it had software problems, i could not produce rescue disks, telephone support was incomprehensible i had to have te unit repaired twice at my local computer shop, in one case with new boards, one of which was placed in such a spot as to overheat. On trying to repair windows 11 i got a popup to the effect that the device was not suitable for windows. More recent problems are that it wlll not interact with supplier software fr example failing to show the contents of an Amazon basket and similar faults on other sites. i have today taken delivery of a NEW unused ACER. Clearly i got what i paid for with the Optiplex Caveat emptor! but Amazon need to strengthen their quality monitoring.as it WAS a name I trusted implicitly and now feel very let down Refurbished, never again.

Only very occasionally used, Worked very well for a while but now fails to turn on, it just pulses on and off but get no further into the boot-up. Return window closed so I guess I'll have to get a replacement.

System is fine for the price I bought and has enough RAM of 16 GB with enough processing power of i7 4770. I recommend this for office use as a work station or as a home or small office serve as well. However the DVD re-writer has a slight problem as it need to be properly slotted before it can read or write dics but it does the job. Also it can take only one 3.5 inch hard disk drive.

I bought the unit in June 2023. By the end of December, it got a blue screen error, and the PC wouldnt turn on. I called customer service for help with the tech team, but they said to find a repair shop near me. I'm surprised because it hasn't been that long since I got it, and I don't use it very often. Now I found out that the SSD with my operating system installed has the problem.
