Update: I definitely can tell the difference between taking these vitamins and not taking them. I haven’t had any immune system issues including allergies and I live in a high pollen state. I’m also a nursing mom and my 11 month old has also manages to stay healthy. I just received my second order! I see a lot of reviews that says it tastes good, idk if I have a bad batch or what but it tastes fermented 🥴 Anyways I just chew it up really fast lol
