quality ribbon cable
I used this ribbon cable to connect some temperature/humidity sensors to some circuit boards. The quality seems pretty good and the price is right. Separating the wires can be a little tricky, but making a parallel, starter cut with a knife makes it easier.

As good as you expect
It's ribbon cable. It's good quality and handy to have around. Perfect for making Dupont cables for Arduino, etc. projects. What more can I say? If you need it, get it. It's good stuff. If you don't need it, well, what are you reading this for?

Item is as described. Not a lot can go wrong here. Nice bundle of wire.

the insulation coating is less than optimal
In a good quality wire, crimping connector ends rely on that insulation to get a good grp. I find that half the time, the crimp goes through the coating and crimps, often breaking, the wire filaments in the process. It's not (ahem,) rocket surgery, and I have much success with other wire, but the dupont crimping is very awkward and delicate already. Add this wire in the mix and you now have frustration. But I will use it. All of it. Just maybe not for dupont or jst. Maybe direct solder applications.

I needed 5 wires but it came with a 10 bundle so I split it and got double the length for the same price

I had to be very gentle separating wires because the insulation is incredibly thin and tears easy. It’s not the same quality as grey ribbon cable I’ve used in the past.
