As far as I am aware , this is the only book dedicated to producing honey and other hive products safely .Andy Pedley, as a retired environmental health officer and experienced beekeeper is uniquely qualified to write on these important subjects to ensure safety and compliance with the law and this is why I wholly recommend that all beekeepers should purchase it.

Every bee keeper should have one
This is one of the best books I have ever read connected with selling honey. Everyone who sells honey should read. Selling honey is not as complex as you than you think but ignorance is no defence. I cant fault it and would highly recommend.

I have been keeping bees for a while and we sell honey.. This book was essential in making sure I dont break any of the honey selling rules
