This supplement was recommended to me long time ago by a ND to improve my vision at night. . I was taking it for a month or two few years ago, and actually it did help me to see better in the dark, rainy evenings in WA state. Now, I feel that I need to take it again for the winter time. Also, if you have very dry eyes, if you wake up in the morning and your eyes feels painful and dry, I would recommend to take Moistur-Eyes by CArlson or EYEDRATE by Dr. Whittaker, but EYEDRATE is more expensive. I have dry eyes most of my life, and it makes a big difference. My eye lids inside are not read and painful anymore. I have to take it every few months. Also, I realized that when I take staff with antihistamines, like Benadryl, Thera-flu, Night Quill it dries up not only nose, but eyes, too.
