Love these!
I don't get on with gels, I am so glad I found these.These got me through my half marathon and the training. Felt a nice boost after having 2 or free, about 45/1 hour into my run. The taste is nice too! They are a little harder to eat while running that a gel I guess but wasn't really an issue for me. My step son took them hiking too, and found they really helped his energy levels.

Great Tasting and Effective!
Great tasting, nice texture and effective. Took a couple shortly before a run, wasn't initially convinced they worked then about 20 minutes into my run I got a big surge of energy and blasted up a hill! Will definitely be buying again and using for races.

Great but pricey
I do love these bloks but I can only buy them sparingly as they are just so expensive

Nice flavour
Really like the flavour of these, got them on a subscription now as really good for a little pick me up on a long run. These sit well with me and don’t mess with my gut like a lot of gels do and I find them really convenient to carry and consume.

Tasted dreadful like eating a jelly cube and the flavour wasn’t great. Made no difference to my energy whatsoever
