I was fascinated by the watch during the week I wore it, but if the strap is damaged in less than a week, it is not acceptable.Motivated by the review made by me, I was contacted by the seller, who apologized and promised that the engineering department would review the problem and send me a new belt. The seller kept his promise and sent the strap.With the time I have been using the watch I can say that it is very good, in addition to its price, the precision of the watch is very good and is within 10% of real medical equipment and I was able to confirm this with a doctor measuring my blood pressured.I want to make it clear, as I said it is not a medical measurement equipment, but it does a good job.

Honestly, almost as soon as I ordered these watches for my man & me, I thought I was going to send them back. I didn't have much confidence at all that I was going to like them! However, I've been pleasantly surprised! While they're not the MOST accurate smartwatch on the market, if you go into ownership of this watch knowing that, you won't be disappointed either!Full disclosure - I use the data on this watch as a guide ONLY! I do NOT have any medical conditions that require constant, accurate monitoring of ANY of the vital signs advertised for this watch. I primarily use the Step Count feature for biofeedback. I find that it DOES motivate me to find ways to take extra steps throughout the day.At some point, I admit that I will most likely purchase a Samsung Smart Watch (I loathe Apple products, so I will NOT purchase Apple ANYTHING!) This device has given me an idea of what to expect with a Smart Watch.I'm not thrilled with the fact that the band on this watch is NOT replaceable. The graphics on the watch face exceeded expectations (I had expected them to be far less sophisticated). The app is passable, but obviously NOT written in English by a native English speaker.Bottom Line - If you purchase this item with appropriate expectations, you won't be disappointed. It's NOT an Apple or a Samsung Smart Watch, but it IS a decent introduction to these types of items. Just as a further FYI - NO Smart Watch is designed for prolonged periods in water! Electronics & water NEVER mix, regardless of "certifications".

This was my second smart watch, this watch is the first like this brand and it has features I wasn’t expecting and I like them and the system adjust accurately which was nice. I haven’t used the answer the phone from your watch function yet I can unfortunately the calls were junk call so I passed on answering. The battery life has been real good on I’ve went over a week before needing to change, currently I’m having the watch check my bp through the day to check the function for 4 days now and charged it today to see how good it works on my regular work week. Overall this has been a great watch and a really good app that’s complements the watch.

This is an update: purchased in May. In August it stop holding a charge. After charging it, I put it back on. By the end of the day the back of the watch started burning me. The watch was so hot, I put it in the freezer to cool it down, to prevent fire. Before putting in freezer, I noticed the screen was no longer on.Prev review: I took both watch and BP cuff to Dr to see which was accurate. They took one look at the watch and shook their head. After they used theirs and I used both of my items, my BP cuff was accurate and the watch was way off🤔. See photo. The decision factor of this watch vs another was the BP feature 😑.Not sure how long the band will last. Wish it came with a second band instead of the BP feature.Other than that it's a good watch.Battery life is great, does not need to be charged often. Love the game feature. It was very intertwining when I held a baby that was interested in the watch. I set it to game and not matter how they tapped on it, it did not change screens. Also loved the many colors and fitness options although I don't use most of them. Also love being able to change the screen photo (I found a video in you tube that showed how).

I was excited about using this watch and it worked fine...BUT after having it maybe for a week the tab that holds the connecter piece on wristband broke. I returned it and requested another one becaue I liked the watch...BUT when i received the new one and opened the box the same piece was broke. I will be returning that one as well and asking for a refund. I would give the watch 5 stars but receiving broken items is not good.

I got the watch primarily to keep up on my heart beat. And so far so good. Thought I think the BP is not accurate. However it is very easy to connect with ur mobile device and user friendly

I like the watch at first but found the blood pressure and oxygen monitoring to be inaccurate with dr's equipmemt. It read my bp as 158/89. Whenever it was taken at the dr. it was 124-139/72-80. O2 level always read 98% but when tested at dr or hospital was 89-94. Sleep monitoring was a little off but not bad. Then at about 4 months the back fell off the watch...and now it's not working for me. I would like to get a replacement but not sure I would buy this particular watch again.

Battery last for over a week before needing recharge. Super product!!
