This is a wonderful coffee machine. For those, who enjoy their coffee, this machine gives multiple options. From light to strong flavours and multiple coffee options like espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat white etc.We have been using this for almost a fortnight now and loving it.Few points to note1. Use Beans, option for powder is only for making one cup. We have been using beans as it has got options to select the grind2. Use cold milk in the container for milk based coffee. If the temp of milk isn’t cold then milk delivery in the cup May not be good3. Flat whites are awesome

Absolutely brilliant and definitely worth the asking price - it’s a bit on the expensive side but the coffee (if you use good quality beans/powder) the customization features and the overall usability is wonderful. Very happy owner!

Once the demo is given, it is easy to use. A hard copy manual would be useful.

It’s a good machine but light in weight

I have now used the machine for just about 6 months and following is my experience.Pro: The machine was delivered promptly. The packing was immaculate. I was able to set it up without any guidance or supervision. I was also able to set up customised coffee sizes as per my preference and sometimes cup sizes in a few minutes of use. The coffee was not as hot as per what my spouse would like but it was good as far as my personal preference goes. The regular cleaning (removing grounds and water) is intuitive and machine prompts the user time and again. The maintenence is hassle free provided you have right equipment (rectangular bucket?? ) to collect the water.Cons - It is LOUD. The burr grinder makes a lot of noise. There was no courtesy call from the seller to ask about setup or feedback about delivery. That is just ridiculous in this day and age when you're buying such an expensive machine. Having said that, They were fantastic when the LCD failed after 5 months. I am NOT being sarcastic. They picked up the machine and delivered it back in 48 hours fully functional.Lastly, My major gripe is non intiuitive use of coffee powder to make coffee. You can only add powder after you have turned it on. If by chance you add the powder before the machine is turned on, you risk damaging the machine ... THIS NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN IN BOLD LETTERS ACROSS THE BOX not hidden in the manual.Cheers.

One of the best coffee machine. Bought it directly from Distributor Orion Professional Appliances. With Free installation and 1year onsite warranty. Price is comparatively best in comparison to all other sellers.

Had ordered the machine and costed my 90,000/- . On installation the grinder was not working hence the technician over the call asked me to wait for another day for someone to visit the location and check the machine and then take it forward from there. But its very disappointing to receive such an expensive item that does not work properly and is defective.After using the machine sparingly for about 1.5 years the grinder has again stopped working and the cost of replacement is INR 16,500. hence I am now not using the grinder but using the grounded coffee only. Not a good experience over all with the service and the product.
