Ladder waste of time
The pool is great no problem putting it up but the ladder is a nightmare to put together and is so flimsy not safe at all which is a shame as it’s not a cheap bye I have had to purchase another ladder which is safe and more sturdy frame

13ft pool
Nice pool kids love it only thing is that the picture show hard cover but it's a flimsy one. Quick delivery,

Harder to set up than indicated
When setting it up, check the outer metal frame parts have all the holes in the right places. One piece of tubing had the holes drilled in the wrong side. That took a while to figure out! I then had to drill the 2 holes into the right place before it would assemble. Lay out all the bits 1st so you are familiar with them. The hardest part was assembling the ladder to get into the pool. Inadequate instructions and the splayed legs sort of click into place. It also has no top ladder platform, even though the instructions booklet showed one. Customer relations were quick and efficient to explain. Otherwise, not bad value.

Don't buy this
It is a 3 person job to construct it. the instructions are terrible - Even to build the ladder. It is not well designed, basically it needs the weight of the water to hold everything in position (which it does not do very well even then), which of course you don't have when you are building it. I think the "this is so easy to build" ones are fake reviews. i am pretty handy, i can build cupboards/cabinets from scratch, do basic rewiring, change kitchen sinks and taps etc.. The cover is cheap and the strings break. Don't but this. Get a massive round inflatable one instead, thy are really easy to put up.

Pros and cons
On the whole pretty pleased with the quality. Pool is very deep and kids have lots of room to jump around. Good liner, feels thick and durable. A few things too note. The instructions are awful. Really bad, too the point where they don’t make sense. The lead from the filter to socket is very short so make sure any outside sockets are very near. Same with the flexi hose pipes, very short. I ended up buying better quality pond ones for £7.

Wouldn’t buy as package
Pool is ok but ladders are not safe, the hearter I got with the pool as a package isn’t worth getting as it takes a few days to warm pool up, need a bigger hearter.

Rectangular pool
Ordered on prime for next day and it was two days late , also no cover . Once up and filled happy with product . But disappointed with wait .
