This CELLEBELL Desire Pro Mid Back Mesh Chair is really comfortable and well-built. The mesh back provides very good airflow and feels supportive during long sitting hours. The height adjustment works smoothly and the chair is stable with good build quality. Overall, it’s a great chair for office / study use and gives good value for money. I have been using this chair for a quarter now and it's as sturdy as it gets. Really good quality chair. Can bend back considerable amount, smooth rotation, comfortable seat cushion, and easy to undo too. I have not faced any problem so far. I no longer have the back pain once I started sitting on chair instead of working from bed, highly recommended product. Easy 5 star!

I received my chair only to find that the hydraulic cover, which was mentioned in the instruction leaflet included in the box, was missing. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to reach out via WhatsApp. After following their instructions, I was informed that the hydraulic cover had been discontinued due to delivery issues—something that was never mentioned during purchase. Since the original instruction manual referenced the hydraulic cover, I requested updated assembly instructions. They sent me a 90-minute video showing a man removing and reassembling the back support of the chair—nothing more. When I called again for clarification, customer service claimed the video was for "reverse engineering" so that everyone could understand how to assemble the chair. However, the video only covered the back support and did not address the missing hydraulic cover at all. To make things worse, they offered to charge me ₹260 for an assembly service—why should I pay when I am perfectly capable of assembling it myself if given proper instructions? When I warned them that I would be leaving a bad review, they disconnected my call. I called back again, frustrated but still reasonable, and they hung up on me once more, claiming I was being rude. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Poor communication, missing parts, unhelpful instructions, and dismissive customer service. I expected better. Would not recommend. I somehow managed to assemble this chair, but only after detaching the pre-attached armrests to fix the backrest—clearly a sign of bad design. The overall build quality is cheap, and despite my best efforts, I couldn’t fully secure all parts properly. It’s functional for now, but I have serious doubts about its durability. I wouldn’t be surprised if I have to reassemble or fix it again soon. Spend a little more for something that lasts. I’ve decided not to go through the hassle of returning or requesting a refund(for now), simply because I don’t want to deal with this company’s poor customer service again—mentally draining and not worth my time. In hindsight, I should have bought from a local vendor instead of dealing with a company that delivers such substandard products. Now I see why Shark Tank judges are smart—they didn’t invest in this company! Hopefully this Amazon India Customer should realize that not everything online is good. Our family and friend bought chair from Amazon in North America, and never faced issues like these and customer service is top notch. First time we bought a chair from Amazon India and this is what we received. Question for the founder: do you get most part from china and assemble in India?
