Freezes
Wireless keyboard did not work at all would not charge or power up. This box is very laggy in my hour of using it after loading my apps up it has froze and needed to be unplugged from power to get it to reset more times than I can count. I will do a factory reset and try again but I have a feeling this will be getting returned. I guess you get what you pay for. I'd recommend a t95z plus I've had that box a year with absolutely no problem. This was going to be a second box for the bedroom but as of right now your getting out of bed every 10 minutes to unplug and reset the box. Seller emailed me updated firmware and a program to install it but it did not help the issue I did end up having to return this. I did add an extra star because the seller was fast to respond to emails and very helpful unfortunately my box was not working at all
