I was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia in 2010 and took an oral targeted chemotherapy medication for the next four years. I reached a deep molecular response, which means the leukemia was virtually undetectable in my blood tests. My oncologist allowed me to go off the medication completely, much to my surprise. I get tested every three months (it's been 2 years now) and over last spring and summer, my numbers started to rise. I started taking Pure Encapsulations M/R/S Mushroom Formula because my acupuncturist told me it's good for the blood and immune system, and a month after I got tested and the CML was undetectable again.
