Large tablets and new round Shape I find really hard to swallow.
New tablet shape is hard for me to swallow, which puts me off buying again. I'm not sure how effective these are, but ingredients are meant to be helpful. There are some expensive alternatives, but with similar ingredients. I wouldn't give these to anybody with a risk of choking!

Smelly and rather lrg. Bit hard to Swallow if u struggle. Price not 2 high. If they work, that I couldn't tell you.I just take them and hope they improve my wellbeing. Saying that I'm struggling with a chest infection and aches and pains so ARE they or ARENT THEY working . To lrg the smell is horrid and it smells everywhere won't be taking them as it says 2 as well.I just get rid of the smell will be throwing them away.

It's really works on my sugar cravings 👏🏻
I've tried few different supplements to help me loose my evening sugar cravings and weight problems. This one is working great (I get 1 dinner and one at evenings) and I see a difference when I leave most of chocolates or even not bother anymore for nights cravings. I'm only hope that it will be always available as I'm planning to use this supplement for a very long time - can definitely recommend 👍🏻
