Love this I use it everyday Cashew milk is the smoothest with little aftertaste. This machine makes it so easy to make different types of milks and the self cleaning is great.

October 28, 2023 I haven't yet received the replacement ... hopefully it will arrive this week, because I miss making my homemade milk! Soy/Almond/Oat milk from the grocery store doesn't taste as good as the one I make at home. Would I recommend this milk maker? I do recommend Chefwave milk maker, it is easy to use, and even though it is a little bit loud I still love it, even though it died after 11 months, I am hoping that maybe the milk maker was faulty and the new one will last more than 11months. October 18, 2023 Love this milk maker ... after 11-months it kind off died, yeap it stopped working. I kept following the troubleshooting directions but continued to get Error 05. It was a little bit challenging reaching out to Chefwave. Once I got a hold of them, Saiyad has replied to my messages in a timely manner. He has informed me that they are going to replace my milk maker ... Hopefully it will arrive soon, because after making your own milk, the grocery store milk doesn't taste the same. November 25, 2022 I purchased this item. I LOVED making our own soy, almond and oat milk, it works very well. I would say it is a little loud, so I had to move it to a different room, but not a big deal. I make about 4-6 liters (1 - 1.5 gallons) of milk every week, because it just TASTES SO GOOD!!! You are going to love this machine.

I have owned this machine for 8 months. One of the silicone plugs that secures the lid fell out (probably while washing). I have seriously burned my hands and leg while pouring fresh made milk into a storage container and the lid falls off and milk flies all directions. I reached out to Chefwave and they will not help with a replacement parts. Don't waste your money. There are other options on the market.

I’m all excited to use this, set it up, started the machine but it gets 1/2 way through and just beeps with E-15 error code. Contact customer service but no response. This is a total piece of garbage and don’t waste your time!!

I love this milk maker. I use it several times a week and it’s been absolutely fine. I love that it finely grinds the nuts or soybeans so you don’t have any waste and also get all the fiber.

I absolutely loved this machine until it broke down! It makes amazing "milk" and self-cleans but after 6 months of regular use it has broken down and now I have to figure out how to get it repaired. Very Disappointed. Contacted the e-mail in their manual and they told me that because I bought it through Amazon that they couldn't help me even though I provided my invoice. Amazon says they can't help me. I tried to contact the vendor through Amazon and they didn't get back to me. DO NOT BUY!!

My Chefwave stopped working and started leaking with every use after 6 months. The company will not honor the warranty because it is purchased through Amazon. Customer service has been terrible. I do not recommend!

I can't have dairy milk but I can have soy, this machine makes it easy to make a batch of soy milk fresh and with no additional ingredients other than soy beans and water. No need to soak the beans either, this machine has been so great that my father in-law also wanted one so I purchased another for him. Highly recommend if you like to know what you are putting in your body and save some money making it at home because soy beans are fairly cheap!
