It can be amazing gift because of the quality and beauty. I love how it feels, paper is good and I love to write in it. I think the size is just perfect. It is easy to carry it, in my purse. It fit to all my needs. I’m happy with the purchase and definitely would recommend a seller. And also thank you so much for the pen. It’s great.

This will last me the rest of my life. I love this journal so much. This is my 3rd journal I’ve bought from Moonster, I am a die hard fan of the quality they give. The journal smells like leather, which lets you know it’s real, it doesn’t smell like highly processed leather with chemicals. The leather is thick, has a little stiffness to it, but you know that it will continue to soften over time with use. It’s not rock hard with chemical processing. The embossing is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The paper it comes with is quality, though I really like the milled paper insert due to its texture for writing, but the paper absorbs pen ink very well, is thick to prevent bleeding through and the pen slides over it very smoothly, but still feeling some tactile feedback that is satisfying for someone like me who loves the process of writing. The pen they provide is QUALITY. I actually didn’t pay attention that a pen came with it. I am very picky with my pens, I like a saturation of color that is bold & heavy without smearing all over. I like some tactile feedback, not super smooth ballpoints. This pen offers that very well. The tip is sharp without creating indents in the paper but still giving clear, clean lines. The pen is also heavy but well balanced and thick, as someone with carpel tunnel this helps my grip and not hurting my wrist too much. Over all, extremely pleased with the product. It did take almost a month to get the journal, but I’m going to tell myself that Is because the journals are handmade. ;)

I ordered two different journal covers for two different purposes. I absolutely love these journals. The items arrived just as described. I a two piece box to store them in. A very nice presentation. The leather is soft and smooth and the debossing art work is beautiful. Quality craftsmanship. I appreciate that these journals are refillable so I can enjoy these covers over and over. The journal inserts are high quality and thicker lined pages for writing out your thoughts. I ordered four inserts - two for each cover. I should be set for awhile! I had difficulty deciding which covers to order because I loved them all! These would make a great gift for a loved one. Well worth the price which is very reasonable for the quality of the product. I will be ordering again!

I love this journal! It’s gorgeous leather and I love that it is ethically sourced. Such a beautiful heart design on the cover. I like that it is refillable. The quality of the paper is good. It comes with a great pen. Definitely buying others as gifts.

Perfect size, lovely 100% leather diary ! And a great price for genuine leather….it is my “ go to “ bed side table “ best friend “ ! I do not use it as a journal, but rather a place for all of my contacts, phone numbers, e- mail addresses, all my passwords for everything technological in my life, and since I am 70 ( often finding technology to be intimidating !!) , I have a section of directions as to how to USE and make changes in the use of my cell phone, TVs and my Streaming services etc….it is like my personal Bible ! Very pretty, too and it’s size is only 6”x 8” …perfect for my bedside table…

Probably one of the most beautiful journals I've gotten in awhile. Such a wonderul addition to my collection. Mine is slightly darker which I 100% love! The leather is thick, smells divine, and the work put into the design is stunning. Feels so good in my hands and doesn't feel cheap and its not to flimsy. This is definitely going to be my new everyday whatever journal. The fact that it's refillable is such a huge bonus. You can buy more inserts from the company or find other ones on amazon. The pen is nothing special. Looks pretty though but its basic. It's free so can't complain to much. The paper itself is a bit on the thin side. I tested my favorite fountain pen and it did bleed just slightly...if you press hard while writing or you use a heavier ink you may experience more bleed through so finding a good insert that fits what your going to be using it for is something to consider. Overall this is a stunning journal for the price and I can't wait to put it to daily use. 10/10 recommend

The leather is soft and the notebook is a good size for me. I love the embossed design on it. I switched out the one it comes with for a dot grid moonster notebook. The pen it comes with is nothing special. Which is okay since I have thousands of pens I prefer using. I like the closure with the pen loops. If you wanted you could add an elastic band if it gets too chunky to close via the loops. As far as value goes, I got it on sale or otherwise I wouldn't have sprung for it. It came in a box and would make a nice gift for someone. Because the leather is soft it's not very sturdy at the corners so it won't protect your notebook from bent edges but it will keep the cover clean and dry. It's functional and pretty. The paper is average quality and not very thick, but I'm not a fan of the lines, hence the choice to switch with dot grid. Only 4 stars because I would've preferred a blank or dot grid notebook but it wasn't an available option when I purchased it.

I love this leather journal! It is so nice and I love that it has a holder for a pen. I love the saying on the front of it. I bring it with me to church and I couldn't recommend it more. It makes a great gift.

Das moonster Leder-Tagebuch ist sehr schön und hochwertig verarbeitet. Der Ledereinband wirkt edel und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Besonders praktisch ist der beiliegende Kugelschreiber, der optisch gut dazu passt. Ein stilvolles Notizbuch, das sich auch hervorragend als Geschenk eignet.
