I have been taking Bone Up for years. I like that it has vitamin D and some bone healthy minerals as well as calcium.

I have been using this product for several years due to osteoporosis. I feel that it has definitely made a difference in my bone strength.

Great product. I’ve been using Jarrow Bone up for years and my bones and my nails are very healthy. It’s great for inflammation and pain too. I buy a bottle every month. I recommend this product. It’s great and no side effects.

This is my 3rd or 4th order of Bonu-Up, but my first order of the One pill per meal. The capsule is considerably larger. I thought I would open it up and pour it in a shot glass with water, but it doesn’t dissolve. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, this one may be difficult for you. Otherwise my blood work & calcium levels were great .

This brand was recommended by my doctor after a bone density test showed a bit of age related bone loss. I have been using the product for about a year now, and with some added weight lifting I am hopeful that I can slow any future bone loss. One thing I will mention is that these capsules are fairly large and it takes a pretty big gulp of water to get one down (for me anyway). I also made the mistake of purchasing the six-a-day formula rather than the three-a-day, and gulping down six of these every day was a chore. I wish they made a one a day formula, but I will settle for the three.

I order these all the time and this is the first bottle that has broken capsules. The shipment must have been in an accident or handled improperly.

The supposably actually builds both within two years if you have low bone density. I'm going to get a dexa scan soon and hopefully it will tell the tale that it works.
