Expired product
Do not order this product. I ordered two boxes last week and unfortunately didn’t check the expiration date right away. I used about three to four bottles before realizing the product had expired since September 2025. I immediately called to report the issue. Because I urgently need this product, I placed another order yesterday, only to receive another box of EXPIRED product. That makes three boxes total, all expired. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a product people rely on. The expiration date is written on top of the box so why ship this to customers!!!!!

A Wholesome and Reliable Choice for Pediatric Nutrition
The Compleat Pediatric Standard 1.0mL, Plant-Based Nutritionally Complete Shake in Vanilla Flavor (24 Pack, 8.45 Fl Oz) is an excellent option for children aged 1-13 requiring tube feeding or oral supplementation. This vegan, plant-based formula, made with pea protein, brown rice syrup, and a blend of soluble and insoluble fibers, delivers 1.0 kcal/mL and meets 100% of the Dietary Reference Intake for 24 key vitamins and minerals in 1000 mL for kids aged 1-8. The vanilla flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, making it palatable for both tube feeding and oral consumption, as noted by users who describe it as “thick and creamy” with a mild taste that kids enjoy, often likening it to a milkshake. The formula’s real food ingredients, like pea fiber and hydrolyzed guar gum, support digestive health without GMOs, soy, corn, or artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. The reclosable cartons are convenient for storage (up to 24 hours in the fridge once opened) and travel well for bolus or pump-assisted feeding. My only minor critique is that the price can feel steep for long-term use, though it’s justified by the specialized formulation, and some kids may need blending into smoothies for oral acceptance if they’re picky about the texture. Overall, this formula is a trusted, nutrient-dense choice for ensuring kids with special dietary needs thrive, backed by Nestlé’s 50 years of expertise in enteral nutrition.

Not bad
He still prefers his orgain or pediasure, but drank this once I added chocolate syrup. My kid struggles to keep weight on due to how picky he is. This helps acheive that goal!

Better tasting and cleaner than pediasure
My son has been using pediasure gain and grow because we were getting them for free. He was happy enough but to me they smell and taste like vitamin stores. They also contains a lot of sugar and some of them contain dye. These taste way better (probably not relevant if you’re using them for tube feeding but the box says they’re for both). My 2 year old drinks these without complaint and I feel much better giving him these than the pediasure. We haven’t had any tummy problems but he does usually drink them at night. I’m impressed with the ingredients and the quality of the product. We highly recommend.

Great nutrition for child
I use these nutritional drinks for my grandson when he's not eating well or feeling under the weather. They have a pleasant vanilla flavor and offer almost all the nutrients he needs. Although they're designed for tube feeding, they also serve as a good meal replacement if necessary. The formula is plant-based, using pea protein, and is free from GMOs and common allergens. They come with reclosable caps, making them easy to use and store. Overall, they’re a practical option for ensuring he gets the nutrition he needs when he’s not eating enough. They are a bit on the pricey side but they are specifically formulated to address special needs.
