Extreme Max 5600.3084 Universal 2" Receiver Hitch Winch Mount for ATV/UTV, Black

Seems well built. Welds are nice. Considering a 2 inch hitch and ball weigh 15lb (?) I was expecting this to be similar in weight but maybe weighs half of that. Seems strong anyway for its intended purpose since it doesn't need to deal with a lot of tongue weight. I'll wind up putting a 2500-3500 lb winch on this. Curiously Extreme Max doesn't show any dimensions so I'm adding a picture with whatever I measured - apologies for some measurements that should be the same but may be off by a sixteenth or so. Hopefully the measurements help someone who already owns a winch or who downloads the spec sheet for a winch that they want to purchase.

Worked just like I needed .. Mounted receiver hitch to front of trailer .. Able to load 500 pound hog tap with no problem .. Using a Badlands 3500 pound winch . Holes were perfect for mounting . 5 stars overall because it seems to be a great product

I drilled a few more holes, bolted on a small vice, and (nearly) instant hitch-mounted vice for a fraction of the cost.

Used this to mount new Champion winch to Rhino 700. This plate was the only way I could mount that winch without drilling holes into the frame; it just didn't line up with the holes in the old Warn. Very easy to install & mount the winch, and it seems very sturdy (time will tell on that observation!). I knew beforehand that the winch will stick out MUCH further toward the front (thanks for the measurements diagram!) than my orginal mounting location on the frame. I drilled a second hole for the lynch pin toward the front, where the square tube is welded to the flat plate. This reduced how far the plate sticks out by about 4" - doesn't sound like much but was MUCH better.

Unfinished weld on the bottom. Will update review after contacting manufacturer. Update. The seller took care of the situation by sending out a replacement, that appeared to have been hand inspected before shipping.

Product is heavy with great welds! I have no doubt this will hold up to my expectations! I’m using it for my HF zxr 2500 winch. A+ seller!👍

I had considered spending $500 to add a winch to my truck, but for occasional use this hitch mount is perfect. I use it to pull out my dock and have a spare battery to power the winch vs. running wires. One recommendation would be to get a winch with remote or long corded switch for safety. Since this mount allows you to add/remove the winch in seconds, you don't have the same protections of sitting in your truck to activate.

Used this to mount winch to front of JD 855D gator. Easier to install with this in front receiver hitch rather than try and mount in confined space.
