I have had this item XL since August of 2022. I am 5’6” and now weigh 150pounds. I have lost 60 pounds since June of 2020 so I have extra skin and flabbiness. This item when first purchased was super tight and uncomfortable and made breathing, sitting, and standing uncomfortable. At my present weight it is comfortable and holds in my areas of concern and gives shape to my waist as well. I have washed and dried it numerous times so maybe it is a little stretched out but not a lot. It is undetectable under clothes. It reaches from bra line to hips. The boning does not poke or gouge me.I have discovered the best way for me to put it on is from the top and inside out. With my arms inside the item over my head, I use my arms to flip it right side out and pull the item down. It still isn’t easy but it is suppose to be tight. I tried pulling up from the bottom but that was a huge struggle. Inside out and top down works best for me.I will probably be ordering a Large in this item soon.

I was very skeptical about buying this at first. For reference and 5‘,4“ tall and 157lbs and I bought a large in beige. I recently had an open myomectomy and the band they gave me at hospital was uncomfortable and not helping. I’m going back to work soon and really need the support.I ordered a different one from Amazon before ordering this one which seem to be OK but it bulged in the back and showed through my clothes. if I was to listen to the reviews here, I would not have purchased this, but I figured I would give it a try. I am very happy with this. It did exactly what I needed it to. I wore this all day and it was comfortable and did not roll or move in me.The first time putting it on was a little difficult but it got easier after that. Just make sure you are pulling it up from the bottom and not over your head. I decided to order another one in medium to see how that one will fit. I kinda want something that can fit a little more snug but not too much. This one is not tight at all but it does do the job especially holding in my belly where the incision is. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered this to wear after a tummy tuck. Of all my shapers, this is by far the least comfortable. The boning pokes into you at the top and bottom and the torso length is way too long. (I'm average height, 5'6" approx. with a proportional build.) I took out the steel boning to see if that would help, but now it just rolls uncontrollably. My tummy is very flat, so that is not the issue. I do not recommend this shaper. I will be throwing mine in the trash. Waste of money.

I wasn't expecting ir to be son long or maybe I have a small torso, but it feels great and it is comfortable. I had recently had to get my appendix out and haven't been able to really work out my stomach, and wish I would had gotten this sooner for my recovery but it works wonders. It feels comfortable and didn't hurt or bother me. My stomach was a little sore after the first couple times I used it but it's because I wasn't use to having anything tight on my stomach. Even my jeans pr other tight clothing bother my stomach even 2 or 3 months after surgery. But now at 6 months I finally can use it without no problem during the day offcourse. I don't workout in it . I have a separate waist trainer meant to workout which now I can use as well. Definitely recommend and I would say listen to your body and try 6 weeks or so after your surgery or pregnancy. Whatever you feel is comfortable for you and not painful.

I am 180 lbs and 5'6" I ordered a XL. It fits well and the material is soft and stretchy. I wanted a product that would hold my stomach in. This helps to make it look more firm but does not push it in enough for my liking. I also ordered a YIANNA shapewear with hooks and zipper in 2XL. It works well to hold my stomach in and is comfortable.
