Fzone Aquarium ATO Auto Top Off Refilling System with Dual Optical Sensor for Both Reef and Fresh Tank （Green)

Works well as an ATO on my rimless freshwater aquarium. Using an ATO is really essential for my rimless tanks which lose water to evaporation rapidly without keeping a lid on them. FZONE help center has improved over the years I’ve been a customer, they quickly responded to a pump issue outside of the warranty period. Good product and service for the price.

Having 5 separate aquarium tanks on 2 different floors, it gets tiring topping off each tank every few days. So I decided to try this Fzone Auto top off system for my 20 gallon long tank. The installation was super easy. The sensor is really small and has a magnet to stick on the glass. The only thing I wish it had was a way to turn off the led light when it’s on standby as the light can be bright at night. I have it feeding water from a 5 gallon bucket and just filled it up for a second time since installing it. The pump is pretty silent when it refills. After using it for almost a month now I can definitely say its well worth the money.

Bought this because my previous ato (prism) just would not start anymore, after 2 years of doing what I need it to do. The first fzone came and just wouldn't work from the start, so I got a replacement. After getting the replacement and tuning everything to work I was getting fresh water into my display tank again. The problem was every time I would need to do a water change and had to turn my ato off I would get red and blue flashing light when turning it on again. So I would have to do the set up process all over again which was just a pain. I would have to turn everything off and hope the fzone would work. After changing the water 3 days ago and doing what I have been doing for the past month or so just to get this thing to work, well this time the fzone just would not work anymore it stays on red and blue flashing light will not engage the pump will not fill my tank back up. When you buy equipment in this hobby you're looking for things that make your maintenance easy and are reliable this product isn't it. Skip this one don't take the risk find a better replacement maybe I'm the unlucky one but going. 0-2 seems a little more than coincidence

This is my first time using an ATO system, and I set it up on my 65-gallon tank with a 5-gallon reservoir. Installation was pretty straightforward if you've worked with aquariums before. It works exactly as advertised so no complaints there.

This thing is great. Certainly more reliable than my $200 red sea ATO. I have these setup on a couple of my tanks with Govee smart plugs that trigger power on/off 3x a day for 1min as an added redundancy. The sensor is pretty reliable. The pump is small but powerful. I especially like the size of the pump as it’s easy to fit into a few different ATO containers. It keeps the couple of tanks that I have topped off nicely and I haven’t had any overfill issues in the year+ that I’ve had them setup. The magnet to attach the sensor to the glass is strong enough. Super glueing or zip tie securing the sensor to the glass wouldn’t be a bad idea. It’s significantly quieter than my Red Sea ATO, a quarter of the price, and far less bulky than other units. The bad: As other reviewers have stated, the pump or brains of this ATO sometimes forgets to sense or pump water when the pump is kept plugged into constant electrical power. That’s why I recommend having this pump plugged into a smart plug that periodically triggers power on/off to reset the sensor and also to build in a redundancy in the case of sensor failure.

Does the trick and when it works, it works well. However I have found that this thing needs a lot of attention to keep it working besides keeping the reservoir full. I find that regularly this thing will need to be reset to work again usually due to poor connections with the pump. I recommend this product but if you want something that just works, this isn't it.

Easy set up! Anti-fluctuation is great to prevent over filling! Customer service was great - when we had a problem, they got right back to us and even replaced the sensor free of charge!

Perfect a must for every marine tank

4月に購入して半年以上使用しましたが、30cmキューブ水槽で問題なく稼働しています。 冷却用のファンを付けているので毎日1センチ程度は水位が下がりますが適宜反応して給水しており、12Lのタンクに繋いでおおよそ3週間程度は持ちます。 半年間で赤点灯で給水しなくなるエラーが3回ありましたが、いずれも電源の抜き差しで復旧しており、今のところ給水が止まらない障害は起きていません。 水換えの時にセンサー周辺を掃除しないと苔により反応が悪くなるようで、完全にノーメンテとはいきませんが、毎日の足し水と比べたら相当な手間が省けます。 しいて言えばエラーの原因が不明なので少し不安は残りますが、1週間以上様子を見れないような状況でなければ問題はないかと。 同じ仕組みを自作しようとしても価格程度のコストは掛かると思いますし、似たような製品が少ない中で高値でもなくおすすめできる商品だと思います。

Il prodotto arriva correlato d’ istruzioni in Inglese, il montaggio è estremamente semplice, sul sito è presente anche un filmato illustrativo, in pratica non ci si può sbagliare. I cavi di alimentazione ed il tubo d’immissione dell’acqua risultano molto lunghi e quindi posizionabili dove si vuole. E’ presente anche un’utile valvola di sicurezza per il non ritorno dell’acqua, l’aggancio alla vasca del tubo d’immissione avviene tramite un supporto curvo a 2 viti in acrillico nel mio caso si è adattata perfettamente all’acquario con spessore di 6mm, penso che per come sia strutturata sia adattabile ad ogni spessore. La pompa è micronizzata ed è entrata perfettamente nel collo della tanica che normalmente uso per il rabbocco, pur essendo molto piccola non inficia sulla potenza, spinge forte ripristina il livello in pochi secondi. Il sensore è molto piccolo piu o meno come una moneta da un’euro l’ingombro in vasca è praticamente nullo, viene tenuto in posizione tramite una calamita che deve essere posizionata sulla parte opposta del vetro (vedi foto) , la calamita è molto forte ed il sensore non si sposta da dove è posizionato. Il led di stato si fa notare d’altronde è quello il suo scopo, penso che se dovesse dare fastidio si può pensare di attaccare lo strumento ad una presa temporizzata (impiega veramente poco a ristabilire il livello). Per quanto mi riguarda avendo una vasca aperta e visto l’innalzamento delle temperature non devo più preoccuparmi del rabbocco e posso lasciare l’acquario tranquillamente anche per giorni. Al momento non ho da segnalare difetti e sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto!
