When people say "stress toys are proven to help ADD", they sometimes don't realize that the stress toys used in those studies are not spinners or other complicated toys. They're foam stress balls.These are just as satisfying as foam balls, but they're a LOT more durable. I destroy the foam ones in a day or two of fidgeting. The gel-filled rubber kind last longer but are a nightmare when they finally break. THESE stress balls are fantastic. They've still got some kind of satisfying-feeling gel inside, but the outer cloth covering gives it long-lasting durability.I recommend these to anyone who can't concentrate without a stress toy, but can't afford to buy a new one every other day.(I do with they made a larger one. the 2 1/4 inch diameter is on the small side.)

Been very helpful during anxiety issues I have from hospitalizations and medical treatments. It's kinda been the proverbial bite stick with pain issues also.

Keep this in my briefcase. Perfect to grab for this stress relief instead of saying something you shouldn't say. It is much better than the cheap stress balls you see in the store. This one returns to its original shape after squeezing your stress out on it. Really nice gift item for those who live a stress filled busy life.

As a guitar player, this definitely helps sooth my hands and tendons. Very fun to play with and shows results. Very nice!

Good quality but expensive. It is just a pool ball so I would look for a cheaper one but if your not worried about cost get it.

Love it for my arthritis fingers.
