Amazing Chair!!! A Must Have!!!
I have been looking for a good chair for some time and ran across this beauty. Not only was it simple to put together but holy cow this chair is incredibly comfortable. For my job, I sit in a chair for around 8-9 hours a day and this chair I can tell already is going to elevate a lot of tension and pain in my back and hips. The mesh is also a great addition to the chair!!! I literally never have back sweat or any other kind of unpleasant sweat :). The material this chair is made out of is also a high quality I wouldn't be surprised if this chair lasts me my whole life. Metal all around and the wheels seem to just glide over any flooring it is on (Carpet or wood) I give this 6 out of 5 stars and recommend anyone who has to spend a lot of time sitting for work. It is a little higher in price but something I use every day for 8 hrs it is well worth it. Great Job Vertagear keep up the good work!!!!

great chair, with a price tag thats hard to sallow without a sell.
firstly i got mine for much, much, MUCH less than the retail price. no way id want to pay full price for it. that being said the chair itself is great. I'm short and have short legs. 90% of the chairs out there have a massive seat that pushes the front of the base into my thighs cutting blood off unless I set forwards in the chair which is not good for ur back. this chair does not have this issue. another problem for me with most chairs is their lowest position is normally a little too tall, and the armrests are too high. this chair does not have that problem for me, almost. I had to replace the wheels with a shorter wheel so to have the seat lower to the floor, and the piston almost does not clear the floor, but it works out.

Amazing for your back and superior build quality
I spent too many hours of my life agonizing over which chair to rest my rump on for 10+ hours a day. I'm glad I did though because I eventually settled on this chair and absolutely love it. All the other chairs I looked at, even the more expensive ones, were all plagued by cheap plastic components that made me feel like I was about to get scammed. This chair ( I went with the Trigger 350SE ) has almost no plastic on it, and certainly none where it counts. All sturdy aluminum construction, and a beautiful resilient paint job to boot.Comfort wise this chair has been my savior. I have lower back problems and was suffering daily pain when I started attending classes from home in March 2020. Within a few days of switching to this chair the pain was gone. Another reviewer mentions the "toilet seat" feeling the seat bottom has on your outer thighs. I can confirm this is true, however it is not that bad and after about a month I don't even notice it anymore. The ergonomics are exceptional! The mesh back and bottom keep me comfortably cool in the seat for hours and make cleaning a cinch. The only real downsides to this chair is that I wish there were more sizing options and that the seat bottom could tilt. Really though those things are not that big a deal. I am a sturdily built man (think thicc like a brick) and am easily accommodated by this chair. Other than that my only gripe is the price difference between the SE and normal Trigger is pretty high for what is more or less aesthetics and bragging rights. The overall high build quality and support from Vertagear help lessen this blow though.

Toilet seat feeling retailing for 900€
Toilet seat feeling retailing for 900€The good:- Lumbar support is excellent, probably the best on any gaming chair.- Placing the controls for the two most used functions right under the armrests is ingenious.- It's possible to move the seating surface forward and backward.- Rolling the cair is easy, even on my extremely fleecy carpet while sitting in it.- The TPEE mesh is great, as it prevents sweating during long-term use.- There's no noise coming from that thing. No squeaking, no creaking, no whirring.- Insane 200kg weight-bearing capacity.- This chair is even more eye candy than I expected.- You don't have to assemble this chair before using it.- That chair has the German GS mark, which is probably the toughest safety label a product can get.The bad:- My chair came without the headrest, despite VERTAGEAR's official website states the SE would come with it.- The manual is loose in the box, causing it and the inlying guarantee card to arrive tattered.- All five Holtron Casters tend to lose their breaker clips.- Despite the chair's 200kg carrying capacity, it is not suitable for overweight persons. That's because the seating surface is too small, causing your upper legs to basically rest on the only slightly cushioned supporting frame. This results in a toilet seat feeling you definitely don't want. Everyone above 100kg should avoid this chair at all costs, including people reaching that weight simply because they are very tall.- The two larger leather accents on the seating surface look cool, but they also create an unpleasant gap between them and the TPEE mesh.- Both armrests are such a junk, you won't believe it! (1) No horizontal adjustment possible. (2) Vertical adjustment is very rudimentary: 7 levels of hight and the highest level causes a reset to the lowest level. The usability of this solution is close to zero. You always have to guess on which level each armrest is, hoping you didn't accidentally hit the reset level. (3) No forward and backward adjustment possible. (4) Tilt adjustment is possible, but only for a few degrees spread over 3 settings. Moreover, the tilt function triggers way to easily. (5) The armrests are made of cheap plastic, feature no leather cover on the upside and have lots of bumps on the downside. You can really feel the stinky Chinese injection molding here. (6) Pulling up the left armrest is way harder than pulling up the right armrest.
