Update: The company reached out to me regarding my concerns and has offered me a replacement free of charge or to reimburse me the money I spent on the pillow. I have selected to receive a new pillow in hopes that it will be as good as the first one I had! I am giving 4 stars for good customer service and standing behind their product but not 5 stars yet as I haven't tried the new pillow!This is my second one of these pillows, I loved my first one so much I bought I new one! Only thing is, this one hasn’t seemed to hold up as well as my first one. This one is less than 6 months old and has two separate areas where the filling has separated and is virtually gone in these two areas. This did happen to one area on my last pillow but that pillow was several years old before that occurred. I still like the pillow but it is disappointing to spend $100+ and have it break down in less than 6 months.

This has been a "lifesaver" for me. I ordered it before having MAJOR back surgery. My first reaction was Omg, it's too big. My husband's reaction was where am I suppose to sleep? But all worked out well. Better than expected. I couldn't get comfortable in the bed anyway.. without keeping hubby awake. So I took my pillow and slept on my leather couch. It was the only place I could get comfortable. The pillow was fantastic. I don't know what I would have done without it. After 11 days, I was able to get in the recliner during the day,but only with the pillow. It's over 2 weeks into recovery and I still have pain and still loving this pillow.When I'm recovered, I'm going to need intervention to stop using this pillow ;) I'm very happy with my purchase!

Updated for 2023 vs 2017I just repurchased this pillow. My original as shown on the right was purchased almost 6 years ago and has been amazing. Completely washable and large. I decided it was time to replace it, and wow, this new one is so much smaller. Same in length but thickness is very different. I will try it, but I am already concerned that this is not going to work. It seems like it's half the size. Now I have slept on it for a week and can confirm it is nothing like the original. I am super disappointed.2017's review.....I bought this to help keep me square at night because my hips and shoulders will start bothering me. I guess it's a side effect of birthdays! None the less, this pillow has been wonderful not only for full body comfort but also for getting spooned without having to deal with someone else's body heat. I would definitely purchase this again and purchase it as a gift for someone.

It is a wonderful pillow. Zippers on protector cover and out side cover good quality. I have used several of these type of pillows. This is the best

Wash prior to first use. Pillow case is all natural so its itchy out of the box. Otherwise, fantastic.
