Excellent for Training
Have only had to use the sound button on my dog. He has responded perfectly to just that for his barking!

Best money I’ve ever spent for my dog
I want to start by saying that I love my puppy and never want to hurt her so I was nervous about using the shock function, but the shock from this collar seems more surprising and uncomfortable then painful. I know this because I tested the collar on myself (I wouldn’t do anything to my dog that I wouldn’t do to myself). I like that the signal strength is adjustable so that it doesn’t have to be any stronger than is needed to be effective. Based on my self-test, at the lowest level the shock was just enough to be noticeable for me, while at the highest level it caused my leg to spasm but I’d describe the feeling as very uncomfortable, not painful. I ended up using a middle setting for my puppy because at that strength it’s surprising enough to make her stop in her tracks but not strong enough to really hurt or cause any suffering.I got this because I wanted to train my puppy not to jump on people because I was afraid of her accidentally hurting my two year old. I’d tried offering treats but she didn’t seem to connect the good behavior and the treat. I tried scolding her and putting her in her kennel, but escaping from me when I was shouting became a game. This training collar made it a lot easier to teach clear commands. I was able to teach her to sit when she hears the beep because she’ll get a treat. I’m able to get her to pause in her jumping when I use the buzz because she knows it’s followed by the shock and then her kennel. Overall, this training tool has made it easier to communicate clearly with my puppy.

love this
We have 2 of these - I love this collar. We use my voice to stop the bad behavior first and usually dont need to move to the next level. My dane responds to the vibration when he isnts paying attention. My frenchie occasionally needs the small zap to correct but the bad barking has stopped and thats what we needed. the remotes are great. I wish the app worked better. Its not so easy to set up - but once you do you rarely need to access it. I would if it was easier to do so - often doesnt connect to the collar easily but you need it to set up every thing. BUT have to say the best collar we have tried and we have tried ALOT!!!

Is not convenient for carring
This works well although the controller has no way of really carrying it if you are out for a walk and will easily slip out of your hand . But if that's not an issue for you then it works well. Just don't expect to put it in your pocket because it will push buttons wile in your pocket . And it has no strap to attach it to your wrist for convenience in carrying it when your out and about .

Not automatic
This is a good training collar. The app doesn’t work for me. The electric shock is very weak which is probably good. The vibration feature is the one that works for my corgi. This was intended to be a no bark collar but it’s not automatic so I have to have the remote and press the button, not terrible but I was looking for one that had both features.
