May 30, 2022- I received this set of 4, 10 days ago and I was excited to use them right away. The first 2 days I felt my heart bit get faster and tingling under my skin, interesting.!!! I wear one on my each hand and one on my ankle, but after 2 days, I thought it might be too much and took one from my hand. After one week the heart bit and tingling is gone, it's back as usual.But today, my chest start hurting, and my heart bit was very fast and painful. I thought, I was having a heart attack.My blood pressure is usually 120/56 but today 146/116, yes 146/116!!! I don't know how, and then the second time it went down to 132/85, and still painful but I survived.Also, I thought it might be gas!! I treated myself for gas too.Today, with all these pains, decided not to put any of these things on. It's 3am and can't sleep, I thought to go to an Urgent Care but not yet, if my pain continues, I will go in the morning.

So I got this 2 days ago and put 2 of them on right away. Wore them to bed and into the next day. When I tell u these bracelets workOMG they work it removes waste from ur body went to the bathroom and yes u can tell the difference with ur poop sorry for sharing too much but what ever. Ur gonna take a really big one. I was trying to get some swelling down so my back wont hurt. Well the back still hurts but no where near as much as it did. I am a true believer in this product. It might work for u then again it might not. But nerve pain is no joke and im willing to try almost anything to relieve it. Try it for a week it say use 1 at a time but I needed 1 on each wrist to help me. And its big enough for a size 8 wrist. With room just in case. I was a size 8 in bracelets but now im not swollen so im back down to a 7. Just wear it take it off when dealing with water then put it back on. I hope it works for yall.

The gold bracelet is very yellow but the others are you standard copper, silver and black. One thing is the color rubs off easily and now turns my writst green. I have only had them a couple weeks. That's a bummer.
