This book is chalk full of practical advice for today's leaders who lead with intention, integrity and intuition. As a leader, you can't rest your business success on what you've always done. Being willing to take an honest and objective self assessment and not just look at the bottom line, means being in service is the highest priority. The tools in this book are ideal for the conscious leader.

This was a great read. Across the board, there are so many lessons to be learned. Chapter 16, which was written by Wylie McGraw, really stood out to me the most. We need to embrace fear and run with it in order to break out of our shell and really level up at a consistent rate. The story of him becoming a bull rider painted a vivid picture of what can happen internally if you just take a leap of faith and try something that scares the hell out of you. Highly recommend giving this book a read!

Creating with ease, joy and focusing mostly on what is important.I love the fact that I can go back and review a chapter while practicing simple yet powerful techniques.I got plenty of great advice and real life knowledge.Truly recommend it.

As someone who can get entangled in over-thinking complex situations, analyzing nuances for deeper understanding, Jonathan Bates's First Principle Thinking is just what I needed! He clearly and simply taught me about a novel idea: the essence of a thing, situation, or function. I also love "What am I allowing to be true?" The examples in this chapter clearly show how to approach situations that we become unnecessarily entangled in. A very inspiring, and practical mindset tool!

This book provides a tool kit to step into your power and live the life you imagine for yourself and be able to do it well. My new morning ritual is to read a chapter with my coffee to get me grounded and fired up for the day ahead.
