Exceedingly Regular
Works as promised. Every morning 10 minutes after I awake I'm going. Before, I would have some days when the urge to go would never come and I could expect to feel bloated for a day or two. It seemed like the stuff didn't want to move no matter how much fiber I included in my diet. With this stuff I get complete evacuation every day. awesome.

I liked this product
This product was good and cleaned my system out, but when used more than 3 days at a time it stopped working. When I discontinued use for a couple of days it began to work again.

Not bad, but the ingredients don't seem traditional
Probably like a lot of people, I saw this on Dr. Oz as a possible ayurvedic way to help with keeping your colon moving along. It would be much better to take an herb for that than a laxative chemical pill. The ingredients are different from the other pills online. I didn't notice that until I had it in my hand, because it doesn't list the ingredients. I thought triphala was triphala, but it isn't. Here is the ingredient list from the back of the bottle: Proprietary blend of myrobalan fruit, alma fruit, and belleric myrobalan fruit. Other ingredients: modified cellulose gum, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, silica and magnesium stearate. The dose is two tablets twice a day. They are 5 calories per pill, if that matters to anyone. Got to say that I am NOT thrilled with the "proprietary blend", which means they don't disclose how much of any of those ingredients. Then it has a lot of fillers for a healthy pill! Very disappointing, actually, but it wasn't worth sending it back. Personally, I have no idea if the proprietary blend (which is diff than other triphala ingredients any way) is actually doing anything, or if it is the silica (which will add bulk) and the magnesium stearate actually doing the work here. Magnesium does help with regular bowel movements too. The pills are a large, compressed tablets. I've only tried them for a couple days, so too soon to tell if there is any result from them. I am only going to say that the ingredients are VERY different from the other triphala tablets, and different from the ingredients listed on the Dr. Oz segment. They listed amalaki, haritaki and vibhitaki, which are apparently not in these pills at all. I guess they are taking a little free license using the term triphala. Very free license. I have to say that I would NOT buy these again, simply because they do not contain what is apparently a traditional blend of three items to be triphala. I think it is kind of deceptive, but shame on me for not trying to find out more about this brand before I purchased it.

Works great
Triphala works great for digestion and to heal the digestive track. This brand is one that I trust and have used repeatedly.
