Have been using this for 3years, almost every day. I prefer this type of bidet over fixed ones because it offers versatile functionality. Such as for rinsing the toilet seat, surrounding floor (yes, i have a floor drain). Built quality is great. easy to use. Length is pretty good. Great value for the money. Initially, I was skeptical about the durability of connections, but it never was a problem.

This is a nice and easy to use bidet. It was easy to install too. Since I didn't want to get a whole new seat with the bidet included, this was a good alternative. I have more control of where I want the spray and how much water pressure I want. The little handle is simple to move for the water pressure desired. I only have cold water hooked up but that is fine for me. Easy to clean when necessary. It is good to freshen up after every bathroom visit. Very functional and it fit on my toilet well.

Literally the quickest installation of anything in my life. Didn't need teflon tape as I had perfect seals on all attachments points the 1st go round. The diverter & sprayer are solid metal, but as others mention the hand control switch is plastic. As a result of those other reviews, I installed a flow control/restrictor valve at the neck to provide an additional water on/off switch incase the plastic switch failed & to also act as the main on/off as it is not pragmatic to turn the valve off under the toilet multiple times daily. Although it came with everything, including an extra seal, by adding the valve I needed a different wall mount as it no longer fit the one provided. Nice thing about the provided mount is that you can attach it to the wall (anchors & screws provided) or adapt to hand from the toilet tank. I installed this as a way to help clean the toilet or things we don't want to rinse in a sink in a much used powder room. Also the spray can change from a central flow to a spray pattern by twisting the head. Only complaint is that it is really a very long piece along the lines of a shower head. Would have preferred something smaller but liked that the control was a lever and not a simple push spray. I am looking for a holder that will hold it to the wall straight up & not at an angle. Will update review after a bit to comment if there are any drips/leaks.

Bought this bidet to replace the old one that eventually broke at the nozzle that was a plastic. I can say that this unit is bad on the get go. For the US bathroom valve, it is the compression type 1/2" connector that this hose will mate to. As you can see from the picture, the bronze plate is a bit small than the valve connector. So, when connect the host to, the water starts to leak out at the top of the hose where the nut is (see red circle). No matter how tight you try to do, the water will leak out and I just bought this a few months ago. I have another brand installed in another bathroom for a long time and never have this issue. As most of the bathroom in the US, there is no drain. So when it leaks, it will cost more to repair the water damage. The nozzle control is so easy to turn on and off; it's way too easy to move with slight touch that you will have be sure to check after putting it back on the holder. Otherwise, you will have to deal with water dripping. STAY away from this brand. I would give zero if I could.
