After taking one tablet daily for three or four days, it help provide me mental clarity. I take it first in the morning even before my coffee.

I notice a big difference
My thinking was getting confused and I felt my memory was not as sharp as it used to be, as a result of being on some medication that I need to take. Energy and focus
I've been taking this product for a couple of weeks and so far I am a huge fan. It gives me a good boost of energy and focus in the morning. What I like most is it doesn't give me the huge energy spike and jitters like some other similar products, which means it's also not followed by a big crash. Happy with the results and will continue to take it.
