Great book with helpful insight and questions. As a consultant involved in "digital transformations" I find Anand's thoughts on point. I frequently work with companies who want to initiate "digital disruption" projects but have little vision for what might be truly "disruptive" or why employing more digital strategies should be disruptive. I think any company thinking about big digital projects needs to read this book. Anand very quickly and succinctly cuts through the hype and gets the reader focused on questions every management team needs to think about.

This is one of the best picks of mine as I had bought several books on Digital Transformation. Everyone in the organizations speaks about Digital Transformation but where they fail is in scaling it. This book by Dr. Jurgen Meffert & Mr. Anand Swaminathan brings an insightful thought on Scale and reinventing organizations through digital business models. This book brings several case studies and their digital maturity/ impact in a most convincing manner for leaders to digest it well. If Innovation is your priority - This book is a must read.

Not to much detail as i expected to name it playbook... i think that is enough to have a good idea at high level
