What age do you need to be before using this?

It depends, exercise a lot, taking meds, sweat a lot, or with health issues? Other products such as gator aids has high amount of sugar. I try to compare the amount of minerals lost in sweat. And I focus on the daily mineral recommendations amounts. As far as I understand vitamin ADEK cannot be consumed in excess. It might be a good idea to see if any minerals have consumption limitations too. I am not aware. Great question. It works for my spouse and 13 year old grandson. 👍🏼
