As a month pass by taking it, i feel know changes at all. Comparing it with centrum for men. No difference at all.

So yeah, I needed a little bit of energy through the day, and these were recommended. Let me tell you, for the first week....I didnt notice a thing, but I sure felt something. See the thing is, your supposed to SWALLOW these, instead of, you know, putting them...up there...yeah well I didnt read the directions ok! It was fine, but it sure made my mornings awkward at work as lots of my co workers saw me...apply..these pills. But hey, now I know better. And do they work? I dunno...I feel a little better, def sharper focus, and my pee has never looked better, or TASTED better! So yeah, give these a try, and make sure you use them properly. They arent for animals either, I tried.
