This is a tool that I have always wanted to try out because I work on my car and do many other DIY projects so having many tools is a must. I like the idea of possibly having one socket instead of having to have each individual socket at hand. This ill not 100% replace your sockets but it can help reduce it if you're suing it or smaller jobs.This socket goes from 7-19mm which insane to think that this one little tool can go to that size. Firstly, it does actually work really well and will fit into nuts to loosen with no problems. I have used this on all sizes of nuts and can confirm that it does fit and will loosen and tighten bolts with ease. Now, the socket is on the bigger side so for smaller areas and spaces it will most likely not fit so that is where this tool will not work for you. This is more for using it in open spaces where you can easily get to the bolts or whatever you are trying to tighten.This socket self adjusts so when you use this on a bolt, for example, it will contort to fit that shape and will be able to tighten or loosen. It feels very great quality and durable so this will last in your tool box with no problem. It is great that you do not need to pick a socket if you have this tool and can just stick it in your wrench and it will fit the bolt no problem. Great quality tool for the price, I would highly recommend this to any DIYer!

This is not a replacement for normal socket. This is for small jobs.

This tool helped me out when I had to tighten a screw with a nut. My strength is not good enough to hold the nut while screwing the screw. When I put this tool on the nut and used my drill to tighten the screw, it held its grip good! Definitely my go to tool.

For someone who occasionally uses hand tools, this socket takes some getting used to. It felt a bit awkward at first and requires the bolt to be centered with firm pressure applied. That's because in order to form the proper fit, the spring-loaded pins must be pushed in. It's quite different than already having the correct sized socket and just loosening or tightening as you normally would. That being said, there isn't a correct size for everything, and that's why you'll want this universal socket. Additionally, it could save time by not having to search for the right socket.I think it will be nice to have this available for those unique situations as well as for when you want to grab just one socket for the job. It comes with an adapter and a nice box for storage, so you'll be able to identify it quickly.
