I can see a difference in my kids within the first couple of days. I do plan to have their vitamin d levels tested at their next check up just to see how much of a difference it's making but so far, so good. They love the taste, it doesn't smell overly "vitamin-y" and I don't have to fight with them to take this. I'm personally vitamin D deficient and I try to stay on top of it as much as I can and want to do so for my kids and this supplement makes it easy to do. Love that the ingredients are clean, vegan (although we're not vegan) since I prefer supplements without gelatin. Most vitamins target to kids are gummy and therefore we have to pass on those so I ws very happy this was a chewable and doesn't have any form of gelatin in it.

These vitamins are amazing. I can't believe how good they taste and smell, like fresh apples according to my son. I also love the texture of these, as they are not those sticky gummy types. Plus, the size is great, not too big. They are also not that expensive.

I am a grown woman but I am sensitive to medication. Everything gives me side effects and I have to take kids doses. I have only been taking these for a week and my sleep has improved, my mood has improved, and I feel so much better. These are working for me. I will let you know when my blood work is done here in a few months.

Yes, it tastes like apple, but if my son wants to have milk at night, he gets to add the vitamin to his milk to drink it. He doesn't like to chew it or wait for it to dissolve in his mouth. However, he will let us add it to his milk and then he has super fortified milk!

I buy Renzo’s vitamin D for all of my kids. I started with them because they are dairy free (my littlest has allergies). They’re easy for toddler to chew, or just let it melt in their mouth. My kids love them!
